ILOVESOSUA.COM....HAITI EARTHQUAKE
14 INSANE DAYS IN PORT-AU-PRINCE
A Special Thanks to Matt Marek -
Director of The American Red Cross in
Haiti for putting up with us for two
weeks. You are Awesome!
This five year old gril came into the
clinic. We unwrapped her her head
and found her skull and brain
exposed. The Doctors got her to the
hospital. She will require extensive
plastic surgery. We did not unwrap her
hands. Who knows the extent of those
injuries. We think a piece of the metal
roof caused this.
WE LOVE THE DR AND WE ALSO LOVE HAITI
This was a school house.
Completely crushed. We do
not know how many students
were in the building. No
survivors. Just about every
school and university was in
session and most were
completely destroyed with
the students inside.
Two million Haitians
are living in Tarp Cities
like this one. Food and
Water is getting
through but not
enough and no toilet
facilites. These peple
are living in 90
degrees F conditions
We are so happy you little guys
survived. Over 200,000 did not
Four unlucky victims. Their
story below

Thousands of people lost limbs
Here is Mr Legalize It. This guy
was the biggest Sissy, He had
a scrape on his ankle and you
would think he lost his entire
foot. When a little Betadine
was applied to his wound he
cried and screamed like a two
year old. Worse than a two
year old
The ultimate reward. A smile.
This little girl was a great
patient unlike Mr. Legalize it
This is the road right outside The Red
Cross Clinic. Total Devastation
Downtown Port-Au-Prince was about
90% leveled. Many more pics to follow.
Body recovery. One families sad end. Four members of
this family were trapped on the second floor of their house
when the quake hit. To recover the bodies required heavy
equipment to move the debris. Pictured above are two of
the victims. There were four dead. The mother and three
daughters. The father and a son escaped from what info
we could gather. And yes, The Toyota Landcruiser
survived. It started right up and was driven away.
A Big thanks to the
Haitian Red Cross for
their hospitality and
their purtting up with
us!
A special thanks to the
International Red Cross
and Red Crescent
Societies.
We think this girl lost
some family members.
We just could not get a
smile out her. She
seemed very depressed
This disaster was hard
on the rides
We are glad alll
these guys survived
as well!
